Roger Dale Bagsby, 59, of New Market, Alabama passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, in Huntsville, Alabama.
He was born on Saturday, August 20, 1966, to the late James Daniel Bagsby and the late Joy Brown Bagsby.
Roger lived in the New Market area all his life and was a member of Esther Chapel Church. He loved all his family and was an avid Auburn football fan. In his free time, Roger enjoyed drawing, cracking jokes, and being the life of the party.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents, one brother, Delmer Eugene Bagsby, as well as two brothers-in-law, Craig Quillin and Jerry Wade Bryant.
Roger is survived by his girlfriend, Teppi Mcbride, one son, Dylan McBride, one daughter, Lee McDonald, four brothers: James (Martha) Bagsby, Billy Joe Bagsby, Stanley (Linda) Bagsby, and John David Bagsby, four sisters: Shirley Bryant, Sharon Quillin, Martha (Terry) Thomas, and Joy (Jonathan) Poland, five grandchildren, one great grandchild, as well as host of nieces and nephews.
There will be a Memorial Service held for Mr. Bagsby at Esther Chapel Church in Fayetteville, Tennessee on Saturday, June 20, 2026, with service time from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home is assisting the family with services.
