Robert Sherman Wode, 95, of Florence, passed away November 25, 2024. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 27 at Williams Funeral Home from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. The funeral will start at 1:00 pm in the chapel with Adam Richardson officiating and burial following in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-six years, Ethel Grissom Wode.
Bob is survived by his daughter, Shelia Marks (Jimmy); son, Donnie Kelley Sr., (Pauline); and nine grandchildren. Additional survivors include numerous great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was a devoted member of Petersville Church of Christ and American Legion #11. A proud Korean War veteran, and he cherished his grandchildren deeply.
