Robert Neal Sparks, 65, died September 5, 2013. Funeral will be tonight at 7 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sparks Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Sparks.
