Robert Leland “Pops” Ray, 68, died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Golden, Miss. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving for 21 years.
