Mr. Swinney a native of Lawrence Co, TN. Retired Carpenter for TVA, a 52 Year Member of The Elks Lodge in Lawrenceburg and of the Baptist faith.Funeral Services will be held Saturday September 24, 2016 at Loretto Memorial Chapel at 11:00 am with Franklin Lee officiating with burial to follow in Second Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday September 23, 2016 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
