Funeral service for Robert H. Parker, Jr. , 79, will be Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Tom Thomas officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Roselawn. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Parker died on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 14, 1938, in Morgan County to Robert Harold Parker, Sr. and Edith Howell Parker. He was a member of the South Chapel Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Parker was an accountant for 50 years and was the owner of Parker and Parker Accounting. He graduated from Morgan County High School and the University of Alabama and graduated from Cumberland Law School. He then went into business with his Dad in 1962. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He had a great love for his family. He was preceded in death by his parents.
