CORINTH-The Corinth Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Walmart on Friday, January 8.
The robbery took place around 5:45 pm as a female shopper was loading her packages into her car. According to investigators the suspect had been casing the parking lot of Walmart. The suspect took over $100 from the victim.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-30s to mid-40s with a scruffy beard. The suspect is heavyset and was wearing a gray hoodie and drove a vehicle that was described by a witness as a 2004 or 2005 Ford Explorer or Expedition. There was no tag on the green SUV.
