Mr. Ricky Lynn McAdams, age 65, passed away early Friday in Adamsville. He was born April 22, 1955 in Henderson County. He was a Lexington Police Officer for 23 years and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing the guitar, singing, and automobiles. He was preceded in death by his father, Bro. Jack McAdams. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Mrs. Paula Wood McAdams; his son, Brandon McAdams; his mother, Mrs. Dorothy McAdams; two brothers, Jackie McAdams and Sammy (Penny) McAdams; four sisters, Brenda Melton(Terry), Patsy Renshaw, Alma Slaughter (Mark), and Donna McAdams; and two grandchildren, Macy and Max McAdams. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM, Sunday, May 10, 2020 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Hare Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12-8 PM and on Sunday 11 AM – 3 PM.
