Allie Truman Duckett was born on May 8, 1945 in Albertville, AL. Graduate of Albertville High School. Served in U.S. Army. Currently resided in Hoover, AL. An L&N Railroad retiree. Went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2020. Former business owner and recently retired from HGD Law Firm, Birmingham, AL. Active member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Trussville, AL. Preceded in death by A.V. & Julia Mae Duckett (father and mother) and Jack Duckett (brother). He is survived by Nancy Duckett (wife), Cary & Cherry Duckett (son and daughter in-law), Jason & Genee Duckett (son and daughter in-law), Caleb, Seth, Kevin, Juan David, and Josiah (grandsons), Allieray (granddaughter), brothers James Duckett, Scott Duckett (Pattie), sisters Sybil Allen, Gail Davis, and Martha Jo Johnson; several nieces and nephews.
His family will have a private graveside service at Marshall Memorial Gardens. Dr. Ric Camp, Dr. Cary Duckett and Dr. Jason Duckett will officiate. Pallbearers will be Caleb, Seth Juan David and Josiah.
