Rhonda L. Gauthier, 58, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025 at her residence. She was born in Iuka, MS to Gary Loveless and Hazel Plunkett Loveless. She worked as a grocery cashier at Piggly Wiggly for many years.
Services will be Wednesday, May 14, 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Bro. Matthew Haney officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 11-1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS. Burial will be in Dennis Memory Gardens, Dennis, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband of forty years, Richard Gauthier; two children, Heather Dooley (Christie) and Megan Engle (Austin); two grandchildren, Levi and Lainey Engle; one sister, Rosetta Dean (Randy); one niece, Allison Ozbirn (Andrew) and a host of great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Frank and Ali B. Loveless and Delton and Luny Plunkett.
Pallbearers will be Austin Engle, Andrew Ozbirn, Jeffrey Higginbottom and Zack Ziarko. Honorary pallbearer will be Randy Dean.
