Reba Jean Hooper Saint – Obituary

Mrs. Reba Jean Hooper Saint, 83, passed away, Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017, at Russellville Hospital, Russellville, Alabama. She was a native of Franklin County and retired from Russellville City School with the CNP program where she served as cafeteria manager at Russellville Middle School. She was a member of Alva Chapel Baptist Church, Russellville.

Visitation for family and friends will be today from 6 until 8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 1 p.m. at Siloam Baptist Church with Dennis Steward and Gene Franks officiating. The body will lie in state from noon until 1 p.m. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Saint is survived by her son, Wendell Dale Saint and his wife, Sheila, and one grandchild, Wendell Dale Saint II. Nieces, nephews, and a host of friends also survive her.

Preceding her in death were her husband in 2009, Reverend Willard Saint; her parents, Fred B. and Julia Bentley Hooper Sr.; and siblings, Elton LouAnnie Hooper Hester, Frona Almeda Hooper Fisher, Lillian Lucille Hooper Mitchell, Mary Estes Hooper Mitchell, Elsie Bertha Hooper Callough, Bueford Bell Hooper Hovater, Gertrude Devaney Hooper Andrews, Fred Bishop (F.B.) Hooper Jr., and Doris Roberta Hooper Jackson.
