Raymond Poston passed away at the age of 77 on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Sue Poston; son, Kevin Ryan Poston; parents, Andrew Jackson and Viola Mae Poston Sr., siblings, Andrew Jackson Poston Jr., Jimmy Dale Poston, Katerine Poston, Jean Porter, & Jewell Hallman.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his sons, Anthony Poston and Heath Poston (Michelle); grandchildren, Lucy Poston, Caroline Poston, Scarlett Poston, River Poston, and Blake Poston; great grandchild, Asher Poston. And a host of nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2026, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2026, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Bro. Lonnie Oldag will be officiating the service. The burial will be at East Franklin Cemetery. Pallbearers: will be family members
