Funeral service for Ray Whittle, 59, will be Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Lynn Harvel officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery in West Point. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Whittle died on Monday, June 15, 2026, at his residence. He was born October 27, 1966, in Illinois, to Milton Clyde Whittle and Wilma Faye Hill Whittle. He was a Superintendent, for Pipe Fitting and Welding, prior to his passing. He enjoyed many different aspects of life, Racing cars, Hot rods, working on cars, was a Pontiac motors person, drag strips races, NFL football, Illinois “Chicago Bears”, fishing, cool weather, and he liked to draw. Ray loved being around family, especially during the holidays like Christmas, which was his favorite. He also enjoyed helping people because he was the “Fixer Upper guy” that worked with his hands.
Preceding him in death were his parents, brothers- Jeff Whittle and Larry Whittle and a best friend- Johnny Reno.

Four Grandchildren – Autumn West, Bryson West, Beni Whittle, and Aqsa Whittle
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
