Ralph Fullerton, age 82, of Albertville, left this earth to be with Jesus in Paradise on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Mr. Fullerton was born October 10, 1943.
He is survived by his loving wife, Denise Fullerton, his daughter Paula Fullerton, chosen daughters Leslie (Jon) Peck and Candice Hammons; granddaughters Magen (Randy) Wiggins, Miranda Peck and Mia Peck; grandsons Dallas Hammons and Logan Peck; great-granddaughter Marlee Kate Wiggins and great-grandson Cooper Wiggins; sisters Bonnie (L.B.) Richards and Faye Green, brother James (Anita) Fullerton, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Annie Lee and Ralph Fullerton, and nephews Jacob Fullerton and David Richards.
After retiring from over 40 years with Olympia Construction, Ralph loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, and his beloved dog Darby. His hobbies included participating in gun and knife shows, collecting antiques, doing puzzles, and in recent years working with the Cast for Kids charity.
Visitation will be at Albertville Memorial Chapel on Friday, September 11th. Family will be welcome at 4:30, and friends from 5 – 7 pm. The funeral service will be held at Mount Vernon Baptist Church on Saturday, September 12th at 11 am, with Reverend Tim Chatman officiating, along with Reverend David Martin; speakers Mike Davis and Jeremy Bain. Pallbearers are Jon Peck, Jon Perkins, Caleb Lea, Jeremy Bain, Truman Campbell, Dallas Hammons, and Logan Peck. There will be no graveside service.
Flowers will be received; however, we also welcome donations to Real Life Pregnancy Center, New Life for Women, or Cast for Kids.
Arrangements entrusted to Albertville Memorial Chapel.
