R.C. Pinkard, age 79, Haleyville, Al passed away Friday, November 16, 2012. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Haleyville and a member of Masonic Lodge 464. Visitation will be Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home. His service will be Monday, November 19. 2012 at 11:00 am at Pinkard Funeral Home with Ray Forester officating. Bural will follow at Winston Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Yvonne Pinkard; daughter Sallyie Pinkard Herrel and husband Robert of Prattville, Al.; sisters Glady Pinkard Hightower of Addison, Al. and Palstine “Teney” Pinkard Garrett of Beatrice, Al.; grandchildren, Christopher Michael Robinson of Prattville, Al., Laura Michelle Robinson of Newnan, Ga., and Scott Alan Herrel of Prattville, Al.; step granchildren Michelle Knighton of Prattville, Al. and Rob Herrel of Castlerock, Co.; great grandchildren Keegan Edmond Luke Robinson of Prattville, Al. and Adrienne Leigh Smith of Newnan, Ga. He was preceded in death by his parents Amos and Bertha Pinkard.
