Phyllis Kay Meredith, age 68, a resident of Duck River, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 at her residence.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on December 21, 1951 in Bermuda, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Vermont Hogan and the late Ora Williams Hogan. She was preceded in death by her son, Ron. She is survived by her husband, Ewell Meredith; daughter, Michelle (Gary) Cochran; grandchildren: Robert Cochran and Daniel Cochran; and a host of family and friends.
