Phyllis K. Richard Parrish, age 61, of Florence, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013. There will be no services per her request.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Dave F. Parrish and Helen F. Dyer Wood; her daughter, Sabrina Blackmen; and brothers Gary and Terry Parrish.
Survivors are son, Brent W. Loggins, Michigan City, Ind.; and daughter, Shelly K. Parrish Stanley, of Florence; granddaughters, Jenna Mitchell, of Florence, and Ellie Ann Loggins, of Michigan City, Ind.; brothers, David Parrish, of Florence, Brett Hendrix, of Hobart, Ind., and Leslie Parrish, of Florence; sister, Shirley F. Parrish Hensley, of Florence, Annie Parrish Early and Helen Parrish Bee, of Florence.
Also surviving are nephews, Jeff, Scott and Tim Gallagher, of Florence, Mathew Hensley and David Parrish; niece,Tina Gallagher Watson, of Orlando, Fla.; her best friend of 30 years, James Letsinger; and friend, Gary Carmack.
She has eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
