Perrylene Lindley Allen, age 61, Russellville, left her earthly home and went to meet her Jesus on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Perrylene graduated from Russellville High School and was a majorette during her high school years. She always had a bright smile on her face and will be missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m. today at Bethsaida Baptist Church with the funeral following at 2 p.m. with Brother Tony Gasaway officiating. Burial will be in the Bethsaida Church Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Donnie Lindley; mother, Theresa Mae Lindley; brother, James Donald Lindley; and brother-in-law, Junior Berry.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 43 years, Johnny H. Allen; daughter, Belinda Allen Bennett (husband, Jonathan); son, Byron Allen (wife, Julie); grandchildren, Blake Bennett, Brett Bennett, Andrew Pennington, and Anna Beth Allen; sister and best friend, Theresa Diane Lindley Berry; half brothers, Jeff Lindley and William Lindley; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The pallbearers will be Milton Amos, Phillip Vandiver, Shae Madden, Howard Bradford, Raymond Clement, and Dewayne Clement. The honorary pallbearers will be Eric McGee, Billy Amos, and J.W. Long.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Gentiva/Kindred Hospice Care, Bethsaida Church family, and her employer, Fleet Driver Services, for their extraordinary kindness.
