Penny-Loveland-1461091045Penny Nora Loveland, 51 of Joppa, the Ryan Community passed away at her residence on April 18, 2016.
Penny was born on June 6, 1964 in Fort Kent, Maine, the daughter of Valere and Doris (Soucy) Boucher.
Penny was a member of Arab First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Loveland; her children: Alicia Tilley (Josh), Amanda Bean (Richard), Andrew Loveland (Randi), Brittany Barnes and Marina Loveland. Eight Grandchildren: Ben, Dixie, Isebell, Cloe, Kynlee, Ezmae, Hennessey and Chadrick. Her sisters: Nina Harris (Robert), Karen Ouellette (Paul) and Marcine Akeley (Lee). Her brothers: Russell Boucher (Vicky), Mark Boucher (Tracey) and Scott Boucher (Becky) and a host of nieces and nephews; father and mother-in-law: Thomas & Eva Marie Loveland; brother and sister-in-law: Tim & Pam Loveland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Valere and Doris (Soucy) Boucher, brothers: Lester Boucher and Steven Boucher, niece: Charity and a nephew John Russell Boucher Jr.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday – April 23, 2016 at Arab First United Methodist Church with Rev. Roy Bryant officiating. Visitation with the family will be 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing . A Memorial service will also be held in Fort Kent, Maine on May 29, 2016.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Russell Hill Foundation care of the Clearview Cancer Institute, Decatur Campus or Arab First United Methodist Church Contemporary Music Program.

Penny always had a smile and I am so sad to hear of her passing…my thoughts are with her family and friends…she will be missed

She has a beautiful soul and I am proud to call her my friend. That smile and her wonderful sense of humor made working with her such a pleasure. I will miss her more than words can say. When I think of you Penny, I will smile and thank God you were in my life.
