Peggy Louise Nelson Payne, 90, died Jan. 22, 2017. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home. Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel with burial in Johnson’s Chapel Cemetery.
