Funeral service for Peggie J. Johnson, 83, will be Friday, October 20, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Leon Holt and Bro. Mackie Suits officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Lawrence Cove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, October 20, 2017 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Johnson died on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born March 10, 1934, in Lawrenceburg County to Edgar Corbin Adkins and Carmen Pauline Randall Adkins. She was a factory worker employed by Golden Rod prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Little Gethsemane House of Prayer. Preceding her in death were her husband: Bobby Johnson, a daughter: Annie Woodall, a son: Doyle Drinkard and her parents.
