Orlando Decatur, 19, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013. Public viewing will be 1-7 p.m. today at Saints Funeral Home, Sheffield. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel. The funeral will be noon Saturday at Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, with burial in Peters Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services.
