Olivia Bearden Bloodworth, age 81, of Boaz, Alabama, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025. Born on May 20, 1943, she was the cherished daughter of the late John and Effie Bearden.
Olivia had a remarkable career with NASA at the Redstone Arsenal.
She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Christopher Bloodworth and Blu Bloodworth; her sister, Rosann Rowan; her niece, Jessica Martinez; her nephews, John Martinez, Michael Bearden II, and Rhett Bearden; and her great-nephew, Adam Bearden. Olivia’s legacy of kindness and strength will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Olivia was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Michael Bearden.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Memory Hill Cemetery, where Olivia will be laid to rest. Adams Brown Service Funeral Home is honored to assist the family during this time.
Olivia’s warmth, wisdom, and indomitable spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
