Funeral services for Oliver Lauvern White will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 12:00 noon at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church (803 Westmoreland Ave, Athens, AL 35611) with Pastor Marcus Moore officiating. The body will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time. Interment and committal will be at Thatch-Mann cemetery.
Public viewing will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. at the Peoples Funeral Home.
