Olen Standfield, of Cherokee, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the age of 54. Visitation Saturday, September 1st from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. Funeral Sunday, September 2nd at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Brother Faye Crowe officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Springs Cemetery.
Olen was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Oller Mae Stanfield.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Standfield; his sons, Chris and Lee Standfield; his brothers, Ricky, Danny and Bobby Stanfield; his sister, Nellie Keller; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Chris Standfield, Lee Standfield, Timmy Stanfield, Justin Ridings, Jessie Stanfield, Albert VanWinkle, Anthony Tubbs and Tyler Tubbs.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Tracy Stanfield, Raymond Keith Stanfield, Kenny Skelton and Tom Hamm.
