Norma Jeanne Bare, 64, of Mentone, went to be with Christ on July 31, 2023.
Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home, with graveside immediately following in Fischer Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. The family is accepting flowers, or memorial contributions may be made to the Alabama Baptist Children’s Home, attn: Ministry Development, 2681 Rocky Ridge Lane, Birmingham, AL 35216.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Bare, their daughter Tiffany Hilyer (Jordon) of Fort Payne, their son Jared Bare (Lauren) of Charleston, WV, and four grandchildren Bryson, Ada, Geneva, and Lydia. She is also survived by her siblings, Teresa Glisson (Phil) of Memphis, TN and David Baker (Cheryl) of Mentone, AL and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert “Spokey” and Norma Baker and brothers Bobby and Ricky Baker.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
