Norma Jean Couch, 53, of Scottsboro, Alabama, passed away Saturday April 23, 2022.
She is survived by her father, Lewis “Tap” Kelly; son, Dakota Wade Morcel Kelly and spouse Tia; daughter, Alethea Ashangti Kelly and spouse Lance, Tericka Lashane Austin and spouse Justin, Chastity Mon`a Kelly and spouse Silvestre; sister, Mary Jo Hutchins; brothers, Robert Tolliver, Gerry Kelley, Barry Kelly, Darrell Kelly; 11 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday April 30, 2022 at Rudder Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow visitation at 1 p.m., Rudder Funeral Home Chapel, Scottsboro, Alabama.
