Nicholas Keith Baxley, 22, of Toney, passed away Saturday after a life-long battle of cancer. Mr. Baxley was preceded in death by his father, Keith Baxley, and his maternal grandfather, David Ward.
Survivors include his mother, Kristy Baxley; sister, Kacie Baxley; maternal grandmother, Glenda Ward; paternal grandmother, Kay Baxley; and paternal grandfather, Robert Baxley.
Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will follow at 2:00 with Rev. Tommy Bolan and Rev. David Hutto officiating. Burial will be held at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
