Nellie Palmer, 74, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016, in Fairview. She was born June 4, 1941 to the late Charlie Ewing and the late Cleo Mayhall Ewing in Itawamba County. She retired from Charm Step after many years of service. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend to many. She enjoyed shopping, sewing, cooking, watching sports, going to church and spending time with her family and friends.

Services will be at 1 pm on Sunday January 31, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Kerry Lee Peden officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm on Saturday January 30, 2016 at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home of Fulton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Survivors include 2 sons, Jeff (Renea) Palmer of Fairview, and Tony Palmer of Tupelo, 1 Daughter, Denise (Rodney Lucas) Cooley of Fulton, Grandchildren, Holly (Jeremy) Leach of Brandon, MS, Amber (Josh) Jenkins of Fulton, Blake (Holly) Palmer of Flowood, MS, Eric (Hannah) Cooley of Fulton, McKinna Palmer of Tupelo, Sydney Palmer of Tupelo, 4 Great-grandchildren, Ella Kate, Brady, Easton, and Palmer, special friend, Joyce Wood.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Palmer, her parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister.

Pallbearers will be Blake Palmer, Eric Cooley, Jeremy Leach, Josh Jenkins, Scott Northington, Ashley Rhodes, Anthony Ewing.

Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews.
