Neil Douglas Hamilton, age 85 of Athens, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Madison Hospital. Mr. Hamilton was born August 19, 1935 to Thomas Hamilton and Florrie Hudson Hamilton.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Hamilton; children, Michael Montgomery, Donna Bradford, Annette Legg and David Campbell; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister, Sara Evans.
Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sheryle Whitt.
Funeral services for Mr. Hamilton will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Nick Woods and Mark David Bradford officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
