Natchez Trace Parkway Reports One Killed When Car Collides With Trees

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TN – On Saturday, July 02, 2016, at 5:53 p.m., the Natchez Trace Parkway Communications Center received notification of a serious collision that had occurred near milepost 424.  Initial reports stated that one individual found in the vehicle had collided with trees was a possible fatality.  U.S. Park Rangers, Williamson County Sheriff Office, Williamson County EMS, Williamson County Fire and Davidson County Medical Examiner responded to the scene.  The medical examiner pronounced Debra J. Bracken, age 49, of Kingston Spring, TN, deceased at the scene.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
