Nancy Mitchell of Fayetteville, Tennessee, passed away at the age of 69 on Sunday, February 4, 2024.
Nancy was a strong woman with a fierce personality who loved her family and would do anything for them. She was a fighter and beat cancer three times. She was kind-hearted and always cared for those in need.
She was preceded in death by her parents, D.B. & Dorothy Jacks; Her brother, David Jacks; Her sister, Esther Jacks.
Surviving family members include her life-partner, Jerry Walker; daughter, Shannon (Jerry) Danielson; granddaughter, Desirea (Chase) Bowden; special family member, Dylan Bowden; her pride and joy, great-grandson, Stephan Bowden affectionally known as Little Man; her brother, Stoney Jacks and her beloved cat, Shadow.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 9, 2024, beginning at 1pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 2pm with Pastor Benny Berry officiating. Burial will take place at Stateline Bostick Cemetery.
