Myrtle Lee Handley, age 96, passed away Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015.
The visitation will be today from noon-2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, with the service beginning at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with Ben Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Riverbend Church of Christ Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Creasy, Travis Creasy, Dale Hayes, Mike Roberts, William Hayes and Tyler Hayes.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dave Holt, Mike Wimpee, Rick Martin, Mike Cabaniss and Ronald Hayes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Handley, and parents, Hugh and Mattie Whitten.
She is survived by her daughters, Grace Pate (Jim), Nadine Hayes (Ronald) and Kathy Martin (Rick); son, Jack Handley (Mary); twin sister, Mary Smith; grandchildren, Dale Hayes, Kirk Hayes, Beth Holt, Ben Hayes and Dave Holt; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Hayes, William Hayes, Allie Bond, Madeline Hayes, Molly Beth Hayes, Abigayle Hayes, Brandon Hayes, Jackson Hayes, Destin Hayes, Branslee Hayes and Stana Hayes.
