Mildred L. “Ossie” Smith, 97, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at Palestine Community Church, Paden, Mississippi. The service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery, Tishomingo, Mississippi. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Mississippi, is directing.
