Myra Bates Catching, 55 of Tuscumbia passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. A memorial visitation will be Tuesday, October 31st from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Cowboy Church of Colbert County with Truman Sutton assisting the family.
Myra was a native of Colbert County and was preceded in death by her daughter, Caitlyn Catching; brothers, Ronald “Chigger” Bates and Michael Bates; and parents, C.M. and Mary Nix Bates.
She is survived by her sons, Garrett and Colby Catching; daughter, Autumn Leigh Catching; and sister, Marcia Bates.
