FLORENCE – This month’s Muscle Shoals to Music Row (MS2MR) is a special benefit show in support of “Project Meet Me Halfway”. Singer/Songwriter/Recording Artist, Jimmy Wayne set out in 2010 to walk 1,660 miles from Nashville to Phoenix to raise awareness about homeless youth and more specifically children aging out of the foster system.
Thursday’s show at the Marriott Conference Center will also feature Tony Arata and Pat Alger.
Last week, Kix-96’s Josie Lane talked to Jimmy from his home in Nashville about the show and the special meaning that “Project Meet Me Halfway” holds for him.
