Molly Jane Hulsey Blackwood, 51 of Union Grove passed away peacefully at Crestwood Medical Center, May 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Molly was born in Arab, September 15, 1973, to William Hulsey, Jr. and Rachel Crow Hulsey. She was kindhearted, compassionate and generous. She truly valued people over things. She never had a lot of possessions because she gave so much to people in need. She loved her children more than anything. She also loved her family and friends very much.
Those left to cherish memories of Molly are her son: Hunter Blackwood; daughter: Holly Blackwood; sisters: Deb Stone (Mike), Lisa Allen (Curtis) and Lena Hulsey (Robert); brother: Jeff Hulsey (Traci); host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Junior and Rachel Hulsey; brother: George Stanton and sister: Donna Wright.
Funeral Service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 16, 2025, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Curtis Allen officiating. The burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Friday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
