Molly Dale Evans, 66 of Athens, AL, died January 1, 2022 with her brother by her side.
Services will be Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 2PM at Spry Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 12noon until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in McCartney Cemetery in Rogersville, AL.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Robbie Fay Evans, and her brother, Bennie Glynn Evans.
She is survived by her brother, Tony (Lisha) Adams of Huntsville, AL, Nieces, Nicole (Jon) Burgess of Florence, AL and Bridget Adams of Birmingham. AL, Nephew, Bradley (Cindy) Adams of Gurley, AL and great nephews and nieces.
Molly retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers. Before her health declined, she enjoyed playing tennis and sewing. She also loved nature and animals. She always had a smile and a kind word for everyone, and she will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Humane Society, Arbor Day Foundations, or National Kidney Foundation.
