DECATUR – 15 year old Ciclia Jimenez Ramirez was reported missing this morning, February 24th 2014, by her parents. She has been missing since 7:00 pm Sunday February 23rd. She did has not returned home or reported to school, and may be with a male acquaintance in the Huntsville area. Cicilia was last seen wearing a black fleece sweater and blue pants.
Cicilia has no history of running away from home, and at this time there is nothing to point to the conclusion that she is in any danger, however her family is highly concerned about her whereabouts.
