Funeral Service for Mrs. Mildred Parrish will be Tuesday June 11, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. from the Fairview Baptist Church in Snead. She will lie in state from 2:00 ~ 3:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Adjoining Cemetery. Bro. A. Ray Lee, clergy.
Mrs. Parrish died Saturday June 8, 2013 at her residence. She Was born to Charles Harvey Edmonds and Frances Lee Starkey in Guntersville. Survivors include; Daughter, Sandra Sartin (Gary E.) of Danville. Five Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren. Brothers, J.E. Edmonds of Pisgah and Franks Edmonds of Horton. Sisters, Martha Absher of Gardendale, Faye Whitlow of Birmingham and Ruth Miller of Gardendale. Mrs. Sartin was preceded in death by Her husband, M.C. Parrish and son, Craig Parrish.
