Mildred F. Vann, 90, of Huntsville, passed away peacefully at Huntsville Hospital with family at her side. Mildred was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker, and excellent cook. She kept children in her home and was lovingly referred to as Minute.

Survivors include her daughter, Deborah V. Landsiedel; granddaughter, Danielle Landsiedel and husband, Shane Jenson; great-grandson, Keaton Landsiedel; beloved friend, James Mason; and numerous other family members. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edward Vann, son, Thomas Larry Vann, parents, Martha and Edward Free, sisters, Margie Walker and Frances Snead, and cousin, Doris Carmichael.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 7 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral will follow in the chapel with Dr. Larry Inman officiating. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens following the service.
