Michael Ray Simpson, age 73 of Estill Springs, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at his residence. He was born February 28, 1948 in St. Louis, MO to the late Ernest Simpson and Betty Lou Busby Simpson. He served his country in the US Army in Vietnam and was a machinist at Wisco Envelope. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and watching the Titans and Kansas City Chiefs. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Janet Simpson; children, Mindy (Michael) Perry, Michelle Simpson, Marsha Davidson, Michael Lee Bauer and Johnny Ray Bauer; sister, Cathy Ranzini; 7 grandchildren; and beloved dog, GiGi.
