Michael Owens, age 74, passed away on June 21, 2026. He was born on June 4, 1952, to the late Lewis and Wilma Lunsford Owens.
Michael was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Diane Owens; daughter, Dawn Craig (Scott); son, Christopher Owens (Becky); grandchildren, Trey Craig, Ashley Craig, Katelyn Owens Nisbett, Zachary Page, Nolan Page, Chloe Smith LaRue, and Tyler Groves; brothers, Robert Owens and Eddie Owens, as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Owens and Wilma Lunsford Owens.
Those who knew Michael will remember his kindness, strength, and the love he shared with his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
