Funeral service will be at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at True Light Church of God in Christ (6380 Pulaski Pike NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). Entombment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens.
The Starks family will receive guests from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 22, 2024, at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
Public viewing will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday, January 22, 2024, and 8:30 until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the Royal Funeral Home.
