mcauthurMcarthur Lindley Jr, 45, of Florence, passed away on Sept. 8, 2014. He was a graduate of Wilson High School and a member of the Baptist church. Mac was an avid Alabama fan and enjoyed watching Alabama football only second to watching his kids play high school sports. 

Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday, Sept. 12, 2014, at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Greg Burnett and the Rev. Mcarthur Lindley Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park. 

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Arthur and Annie Mae Lindley, and maternal grandparents, Maurice and Beulah McManus. 

He is survived by his parents, Mcarthur Lindley Sr., and Linda McManus Lindley, of Florence, Alabama; one daughter, Lacey Lindley, two sons, Taylor Lindley and Logan Lindley, and one sister, Anita McLeary Bevis, all of Florence, Alabama; nephews, Matthew McLeary and Cory McLeary; niece, Kaley McLeary; brothers-in-law, Keith Bevis and Mike McLeary; and special friends, Amanda, Allie, and Emily Haddock. 

Pallbearers will be Mike McLeary, Matthew McLeary, Cory McLeary, Mark Oakley, Jim Lindley, Keith Bevis, Kaley McLeary, and Anna Bevis.
