Mary Louis Camp Owens, age 89 of Springville passed away Monday, December 15, 2025 at her home.
Her funeral service will be at 9:45 Friday, December 19, 2025 at Central Baptist Church, 8768 Gadsden Hwy., Trussville, Al. 35173. Bro. Paul Brasher will officiate her service. She will be laid to rest at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville, Al. Serving as pallbearers will be Charles M. Owens, Jr., Chris Owens, Bobby Latham, Jeff Masters, Dakota Williams and Anthony Zito. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Fox and David Roden. The family will receive friends at the church from 9 until the time of service at 9:45.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Owens, Jr., son, Charles M. Owens, daughter, Barbara Anne Owens Westbrook and her sister, Eloise Shirey. She will be greeted by a host of friends and beloved church family members.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Owens, daughter-in-law, Paige W. Owens (Alicia W.), grandchildren, Charles M. Owens, Jr. (Masita Mohamad), Kelly Gause (Jordan) and Chris Owens, great-grandchildren, Charles and Owyn Gause and Millie and Will Owens. She is also survived by her sisters, JoAnn Masters and Sue Roden, six nieces and two nephews.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the friends and caregivers who supported her journey home, including Affinity Hospice, Angela McClain, Lorri Latham, Tina Knight, Terri Baumann, Racheal Ross and especially, Gina Lively.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Central Baptist Church in her memory.
