Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lou Dunivan, age 74, are scheduled for 3 PM, Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Chapel Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Tommy Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Dunivan passed away Monday at her home near Lexington. She was born September 17, 1942 in Henderson County to the late Albert and Maude Davis Woods. She was retired from Lexington Metal, a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church, and enjoyed life all together. Survivors include her husband, Mr. Joe Dunivan; her son, Tim Wood; three daughters, Jennifer Richmond (Joel), Jerita Phelps, and Pamela Parker; her sister, Gail Jowers (Roger); and seven grandchildren, Ty Halters, Dannica, Trevor, Darren, and Tristan Richmond, Josh Phelps, and Kellen Parker. She was preceded in death by one son, Keith Dunivan, one grandson, Tyler Dunivan, three brothers, James A., Herbert, and Plautt Woods and three sisters, Magelene Woods, Ruthie Shorett, and Madele Renfroe.
