Mary Jean Helton, age 94, of Pulaski, TN died on Friday January 24, 2020.
She was born on May 21, 1925 to the late Jennie Mae Harris and Thomas Richard Colbert. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church and she retired as a hairdresser and Beasley’s Clothing Store. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James Marvin “Jimmy” Helton, and her 2 sons, Wade Helton and Eddie Doggett.
She is survived by her daughter, Carla Helton of Pulaski, TN, her grandson, Dustin Birdsong and wife Amber of Pulaski, TN, and her 3 grandchildren, Knox Birdsong, Clay Birdsong, and Meadow Birdsong.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. and the Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
