Manuel (Pop’s) Phillips age 76, passed away January 23, 2020 at his residence in Liberty. He was born March 26, 1943 to his parents, the late Phillip and Margaret Silvia Phillips. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Phillips. Mr. Phillips worked at Federal Mogul in Smyrna. He is survived by his children, Kelly Frazier of Murfreesboro, and Rebecca Phillips of Arizona; grandchildren, Austin Frazier, Jacob Frazier, Chaice Phillips; great-grandchild, Jahmir Hopson. The family has chosen direct cremation and there will be no services held at this time. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
