Mary Francis Birdsong of Prospect passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017. She was born in Ardmore, Tennessee on January 29, 1923 and was 94 years old.
She was a loving wife, mother, and sister, she was a member of Pulaski Chapter No. 376 Order Of Eastern Star for over 60 years, a member of the Prospect United Methodist Church, and retired from LeMar Shirt Factory.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 8th at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home from 4:00pm until 7:00pm with a Eastern Star Service at 6:30pm.
Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Prospect United Methodist Church in Prospect, TN. with Rev David Waybright officiating.
Funeral will follow in Prospect Cemetery.
She was preceded by her husband, Robert L. Birdsong, parents, William Rossie and Ella Whitt Faulkenberry, sisters, Bonnie Lewter, Myra Watson and Hilda Sisk.
She is survived by her,
Son, Bobby (Vicky) Birdsong of Prospect
Brother, William (Yvone) Faulkenberry of Shelbyville
8 nephews, 1 niece and many friends also survive.
